Cancelation Policy: Credit  card number required to confirm a reservation. Some larger reservations require a deposit to confirm reserved dates.

Canceling within 2 weeks of a reservation may result in a partial or the complete cost of your reservation being charged to your credit card. Please call us if you have circumstances that prevent you from honoring your reservation.

We are a small operation in a rural area and many of our guests plan their getaways weeks/months in advance.   ​It is often difficult to accommodate last minute requests.
